Keith McPherson: New voice on WFAN Sports Radio!

Repost from NYPOST:
WFAN has announced its replacement for Steve Somers, the New York sports talk radio legend who is exiting the station.
Beginning Nov. 22, Keith McPherson will host weeknights on WFAN from 7 p.m. until midnight. McPherson joins WFAN from Jomboy Media, where he has been a podcast host and social media manager since early last year.
“This is really a dream come true,” McPherson said in a statement. “I find no greater joy or entertainment than live sports and it’s a blessing and an honor to have this opportunity at a place like WFAN. I look forward to talking sports every day in New York and helping to lead this station into the future.”
McPherson has big shoes to fill. Somers was the last on-air holdover from the halcyon days of WFAN in the 1990s and late 1980s, when the daily lineup also featured Don Imus and “Mike and the Mad Dog.” Somers, with his dry wit, was beloved by hardcore listeners of the station.
